RETURN POLICY
At Tea Garden Gifts, we are proud of our product assortment
and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All of Tea Garden
Gifts products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will
gladly provide a refund for your order. We
offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please
call customer service at 803-648-6124, in advance to obtain an RA number
(Return Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
Returned
items should be packaged securely in their original packaging and original
condition, and MUST be insured for the value of the item. The original packing
slip along with your Return Authorization Number must be included as well.
Returned items which become lost or damaged during shipping and have NOT been
insured shall VOID all refunds or store credit. Sorry, we cannot accept returns
on any custom, special order, monogrammed or sale items.
Payment in full is required for all custom or special orders at time of order.

Policy for Stationery, Invitations, and Announcements:
The Tea Garden Gift printers are trained
to proofread all orders for spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette. However,
we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names,
unusual event location, town or street names, the date of your event or
anything else out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. After
submitting your order, you will receive a proof, which we encourage you to look
over very carefully. Contact us immediately if you see you need to make a
correction.
Changes
in your order BEFORE it is printed:
If you notice an error after you have approved your proof, please contact us
immediately and we will try to stop your order and make the necessary changes
before it is printed. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time.
It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed at the vendor.
Changes
or errors in your order AFTER it is printed:
In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording does get printed, we will
work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 20%
discount.
Errors
made by Tea Garden Gift’s or the Vendor:
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or the
vendor, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
